We specialize in pastas and sauces of Northern Italy where Gianni Cavanna  was born and raised. Both his parents being accomplished cooks, Gianni  learned at a young age how to combine the delicate herbs of the region  with the freshest ingredients for a truly memorable dining experience.

  • Artichoke Ravioli - tender artichoke hearts and cheeses
  • Tortellini- sausage bundled in pasta
  • Gnocchi - potato dumplings in the Genovese style
  • Pansoti - folded pasta with ricotta, parmesan, and a bit of spinach
  • Cut pastas such as fettuccine, tagliatelle, and taglierini

  • Pommarola - smooth tomato sauce and garlic
  • Ragú - classic tomato, ground beef, and porcini mushroom sauce
  • Walnut - Riviera specialty made from walnuts and parmesan
  • Pesto - aromatic sauce of fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan
  • Alfredo - a perennial favorite made with cream, garlic, and butter
  • Vodka - a heady concoction of tomatoes, cream, and vodka
  • Sugo Rustico - coarsely chopped tomatoes and peppers in olive oil
