Orders for pick-up at farmers markets must be received two days before the market.

Besides our usual products, you may order party-size lasagna or pasta sheets for do-it-yourself lasagnas, ravioli, and cannelloni.

When you pick up our fresh pasta, it will remain fresh in your refrigerator  for up to 5 days, or you may freeze it uncovered for a few hours, then  transfer it to freezer bags. When you're ready, drop it into abundant, salted  boiling water for a few minutes before you want to serve dinner. Gently toss with one of our accompanying sauces and enjoy!
