If you're looking to add whole wheat to your diet, we have some fine imported whole wheat spaghetti and penne. If you're allergic to wheat, we also carry some fettucine made from farro, an unhybridized ancestor of modern wheat. About 90% of people allergic to wheat can tolerate farro products.

Gianni would be more than happy to make up a batch of filled pasta or cannelloni to meet your specific dietary restrictions. The minimum order is ten pounds, which you can safely store in your freezer. On your next visit, let us know how we can accomodate you.
