 Italian Prosciutto

 Did you know there are several different varieties of  prosciutto? Cavanna Pasta is pleased to offer you:

  • Prosciutto di Parma -- this is the classic cured ham of the Parma region, salted and aged 24 months. (>more)
  • Prosciutto San Daniele -- a delicate, less salty version that comes from the region of Friuli. (>more)
  • Speck -- a smoked prosciutto. During the salting process, the meat is flavored with black pepper, pimento, garlic, and juniper berry, which lend it a distinctive and savory taste. (>more)
  • Arrosto alle Erbe -- a baked ham, seasoned with a rich bouquet of fragrant Mediterranean herbs.
