Italian Prosciutto
Did you know there are several different varieties of prosciutto?
Cavanna Pasta is pleased to offer you:
- Prosciutto di Parma -- this
is the classic cured ham of the Parma region, salted and aged 24 months.

a delicate, less salty version that comes from the region of Friuli.

- Speck -- a smoked prosciutto.
During the salting process, the meat is flavored with black pepper,
pimento, garlic, and juniper berry, which lend it a distinctive and
