We're Changing Our Business Model
Many of you read in the Business section of the Times-Dispatch that Cavanna Pasta is closing. That's not entirely accurate. Due to poor store performance, we are changing our business model from storefront retail to wholesale and farmers markets.

Beginning January 2nd, Cavanna Pasta will be open to the public only on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM.

In our new format, you'll find the products you're familiar with: pastas, sauces, prepared foods, and biscotti. However, we will no longer sell breads, desserts, imported foods, or cold cuts.

Outside our store, you'll be able to find our products at these Richmond locations:

• Ukrop's deli at John Rolfe Commons (beginning soon)
• Ukrop's deli at The Village
• The Edible Garden Restaurant co-op, River Road, Nov-Apr
• Forest Hill Park Market, Saturday mornings April - October

Further afield, you can find us at:

• Alexandria Old Town Farmers Market, Saturday mornings year 'round
• Falls Church Farmers Market, Saturday mornings year 'round
• Plus more farmers markets next season

As we add new locations, we'll update our web site.
