At this time of year, we'd like to say Buon Natale & Felice Anno Nuovo to all of our wonderful customers. We hope the new year will be a prosperous one for you. As for us, we're looking forward in 2006 to several wine and food tastings with our good friends at Wine Lovers.

Just for fun, we'd like to share with you the Cavanna Family Christmas menu from a memorable four-hour dinner we shared with Gianni's family in Genoa a few years back:

Antipasto of prosciutto, crostini, anchovies, and salami
Fish ravioli with a light cream sauce, and a touch of parsley and lemon
Roast veal with potatoes, fennel, and artichokes
Salad
Selection of cheeses and fruit
Panettone, torrone, and spumante
Chocolates and liquers such as limoncello, grappa, and amari
Espresso
