Suggestion Box
As we step up to our second year in business, we'd like to ask for your
continued feedback about potential improvements that will help us serve
you better. The more suggestions you give us, the more we can work to
give you what you want. Is there a new product you've been longing to
try or a special ravioli you had on your last trip to Italy? Or, has anything
disappointed you? Please be honest Cavanna Pasta will thrive only

Vacation Closing
In mid-July we visited the International Fancy Food Show in New York to
explore new gourmet Italian products. In late August, Gianni will travel
again this time throughout his native Italy to consult with
colleagues and Italian food producers on how to further diversify and
expand our offerings. As such, we'll have reduced hours the week of August
21st and will be closed the week of August 28th.
Help Wanted
August marks other changes for us: our young friend Sara will return to
U.Va. to start her junior year. Martha Cavanna, too, is hoping
to reduce her hours to continue her career in marketing, provided she
can find a job. So, we are currently seeking a general kitchen helper,
on a permanent basis. If you know anyone who is enthusiastic, responsible,
and would enjoy learning how to make pasta, please let us know!
